Dr. Joseph Blankson (MBCHB MSc MBA MFOM)
Consultant Occupational Health Physician
Dr. Blankson completed his MSc in Occupational and Environmental Medicine in 1996 at the University of Aberdeen in Scotland, and obtained an MBA degree from the University of Durham Business School in 2002. He is currently working as a consultant occupational health physician. Dr. Blankson has been a Member of the Faculty of Occupational Medicine (MFOM) since 2006.
Dr. Blankson has worked as an occupational health physician since 1996 in both private and public sector contracts, covering heavy industry such as oil and gas, mining, health and FTSE 100/blue chip companies. His academic interests are managing sickness absence and occupational asthma.
Ms. Olivia Attah (BSc Hons Brunel University)

Olivia has a wealth of experience in the promotion of employee productivity, engagement through wellbeing and management of sickness absence through evidence based practice.
Olivia is able to work independently and adapt quickly to new ideas and concepts.
Olivia has gained transferable skills, through freelancing on ad-hoc basis as an occupational health advisor in both public and private sectors. Olivia’s current occupational health remit includes: managing sickness absence, work place ergonomic assessment; risk management; health screening; health surveillance; immunisation; travel medicine; stress management; promotion of health and well being at work.
Ms. Lesley King
Occupational Health Manager
Lesley is a resourceful and innovative Occupational Health Nurse Advisor, with 16 years’ experience working in both private and public sectors in the United Kingdom inter alia: Automobile and Manufacturing Industry, Retail, Logistics and Distribution, Royal Mail, Corporate NHS, Metropolitan Police, Rail industry, Newsprint Industry and Brewery.
Lesley has been a practice teacher to occupational health advisors in training for over 10 years. Lesley has delivered training for managers and employees and been involved in health promotion.
Lesley strives to improve the profile of occupational health whilst maintaining the correct balance between protection of employees’ health and the business interests and reputation of employers.
