We visit your organisation to assess and understand your occupational health needs. We will then provide comprehensive advice on the required OH service, followed by a clear service level agreement (SLA) based on the OH needs assessment specific to your organisation. The SLA is legally binding with contractual obligations that will guide our work.
Supported by our experienced client care and compliance teams we ensure that we constantly strive to improve our service and respond to your needs every time. Copra Health will reinvest and incentivize social benefits and target vulnerable groups and by so doing develop the necessary human resource and infrastructure to support the service for the foreseeable future.
